Neldi Art Gallery is based in Paphos, Cyprus. We operate a small gallery where all of our handcrafted artwork is designed, created and shipped with care directly from our studio.

We specialize in handmade wood art, custom portraits, engraved gifts and unique splash art prints. Each piece is crafted using natural materials and inspired by our travels and love for fine art.
3. Can I order a personalized gift?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of custom-made products such as personalized splash portraits, engraved wooden maps and bespoke gifts. Simply upload your photo or include your request in the Notes field during checkout.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping on most products. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
5. How long does it take to receive a custom order?
Custom orders typically take 5–10 business days to create, depending on complexity. Shipping times vary by region, but we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible.
6. What materials do you use?
We use high-quality materials such as olive wood, Cyprus pine and cypress, oak MDF and resin, combined with eco-friendly finishes. Each piece is carefully handcrafted for durability and beauty.
7. Can I see your work in person?
Yes! You’re welcome to visit our gallery in Paphos. We also attend selected art fairs and local markets — follow us on social media for updates.
8. Do you accept wholesale or partnership inquiries?
Yes, we welcome collaboration! If you’re interested in becoming a reseller or distributor, please contact us directly to discuss options.
9. What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
10. How do I care for my wooden art?
Keep your piece away from direct sunlight and moisture. Dust gently with a soft cloth. Avoid using water or harsh chemicals on the wood.
