Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at info@neldiart.com. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as production might already be underway.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with a non-custom item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@neldiart.com or +357 97797670. Only non-personalized, non-custom items in resaleable condition may be returned.
All returns must be:
- Requested within 7 days of receipt
- Returned in their original condition and packaging
- Shipped using a tracked and signed delivery method
- Paid for by the customer, unless the item is faulty
This resolution is only valid at the time it is made and is not an open-ended offer.
Please contact us before returning any item, so we can issue instructions and confirm eligibility. Returns without prior communication may not be accepted.
Custom Orders: Products made to the customer’s exact specification—including size, shape, text, design, or layout, engraved wooden gifts or personalized portraits —are classified as bespoke items under Cyprus law and are excluded from statutory cancellation rights. Refunds will only be considered in cases where the item is deemed to be defective due to our craftsmanship.
In such instances:
- N & D Artworks LTD reserves the right to assess the product and determine whether repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate.
- The customer must return the product to our workshop for inspection and correction. This return is at the customer’s cost unless the fault is confirmed to be ours.
- Products must be sent securely and tracked, with proof of posting.
All items undergo a strict Quality Control inspection before dispatch. This includes checks for engraving accuracy, construction integrity, and finishing quality.
