Q: How much does it cost to make something?

A: Relax, we’ll get to that point 😉 But first there is some information we’ll need from you so we can estimate the price of your custom product. Plenty of factors are taken into account for the final price like the type of wood, size of you order, complexity of the design and number of colours. If you also provide us with a picture of your logo (or desired image) it will make everyone’s life easier.

Q: How long does it take to make something?

A: Usually takes 3-5 days but also depends on the complexity of the design and the pending orders.

Q: How much does it cost to ship something abroad?

A: The shipping cost depends on the weight. If you let us know the dimensions of your customised order, we can let you know about the weight and the shipping cost.

Q: Do you ship to my country and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We ship our products worldwide.
Estimated Shipping Times:

  • Europe: 5-10 days
  • Everywhere else: 10-15 days

Unfortunately these are only estimated times and not 100 % accurate. There might be some delays during big holidays like Christmas or Easter due to high demand at the Post Office service.
Have in mind that you will receive a tracking number from us once your order is shipped so you can track your order.

Q: Can you engrave something on wood from a picture?

A: Yes we can if the picture is clear, focused and in good definition. There are good and bad pictures though so we’ll need you to send us a few that you like so we can choose one for the best result. We’ll send you a preview before we continue with the engraving.

Q: Can we make my logo in mass production?

A: No, unfortunately we don’t do mass production. We prefer to work on unique individual pieces.

Q: Can you make my design on a very small piece of wood?

A: Every design has some limitations size wise. If a design is too complex, it might need to be engraved on a bigger piece of wood than you initially expected. Of course this is something you will be informed about before we proceed with the engraving.
