At N & D Artworks LTD, we aim to manufacture and dispatch most standard orders within 3–10 working days, provided circumstances remain within our control.

Please be aware that external delays (e.g., customs checks, courier service disruptions, raw material delays, or weather conditions) may occasionally impact delivery times. While we strive to meet estimated delivery schedules, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and accept no liability for late deliveries.

If your order sustains any damage during shipping, we will make every effort to repair or replace the affected items promptly, but we cannot be held liable for any associated inconvenience or financial loss.

We are not liable for any injury, property damage, or other issues arising during delivery. If you request a change of delivery address, this must be submitted in writing via email to info@neldiart.com. We will make every effort to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee last-minute changes will be processed in time.

Delivery Method & Tracking

All Cyprus deliveries are made via Akis Express, and all international orders are dispatched using registered post and EPG (European Parcels Group) services, or EMS. Shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout of your order. Tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched.

Delivery hours are typically between 08:00–18:00, but this might be different in specific countries. If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier but is lost or stolen from the location where it was left (e.g., a porch or neighbor), N & D Artworks LTD is not responsible for replacement or compensation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to dispatch. If your order has been completed and you are unable to receive it, we cannot be held responsible for any movement, warping, or damage to the timber that may occur during prolonged storage.

Damages in Transit

All goods must be inspected upon delivery. Any visible damage or shortage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt by contacting us at info@neldiart.com or by phone at +357 97797670. If a product is damaged upon delivery and reported promptly, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our warranty and liability policies.

Please retain all original packaging materials, as couriers often require photographs or physical inspection as part of their claims procedure. If packaging is discarded, it may invalidate your right to a refund or replacement.

Delivery notes and special instructions added at checkout will be passed to the courier, but we cannot guarantee they will be honored. Requests to leave parcels unattended are done at the customer’s own risk. We are not liable for loss or theft in such cases.

Lost Parcels

In the rare event that a parcel is lost during transit, N & D Artworks LTD must comply with the courier’s investigation procedures, which may take several working days or weeks. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

If a parcel cannot be located, we will begin a formal claims process with the courier. Please note that couriers typically require up to 6 weeks to complete an investigation and process a refund. Once that process is complete, a refund or replacement will be arranged.

While this process is outside of our direct control, we will provide assistance and updates throughout.

Important: Once your order leaves our workshop, it will be exposed to different environmental conditions. Slight cracks, warping, or timber movement may occur, particularly with solid wood products. This is a natural response to climate and is not considered a defect.

Overseas Orders & Customs Duties

For destinations outside Cyprus or the EU, additional shipping charges may apply, which will be calculated based on the destination, and value of your order. If your destination is not listed in our shipping zones, please contact us before placing an order for a custom shipping quote.

Please note that customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or any handling fees charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in our product prices or delivery fees. We recommend checking your local customs authority’s website prior to ordering to avoid unexpected costs or delays.

We provide tracking details for all overseas orders. While customs clearance delays may occur, N & D Artworks LTD cannot be held responsible for any extended hold times or additional duties imposed.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order if it has not yet entered production or if the items have not been customized or cut to order. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

If your order includes custom engraving, personalized design, or special material requests, it cannot be cancelled once production has started.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order or transaction.
